Note: Free course content is never charged, so refunds only apply to paid extras.

  • The paid extra has already been fully delivered (e.g., you’ve received a certificate or attended the live class)

  • Requests are made after 7 days from payment

  • Any service where the learner has already consumed or accessed the resource
